MERCHANDISE RETURNS
In order to provide accurate and timely response, TJ FORGED requires prior approval before a customer returns merchandise for any reason, warranty or otherwise. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) contact TJ FORGED either by phone or through our website (www.tjforged.com). All merchandise must be returned in the original box with adequate protective packaging to ensure no damage during transit. Wheels or merchandise sent without any packaging will not be accepted for any reason. All merchandise must be sent freight prepaid and insured to TJ FORGED, 21211 Blair Rd, Bldg 5, Conroe, TX 77385. TJ FORGED is not liable for any taxes or duties associated with international shipments. Items returned for credit must be in “as new” condition and can only be returned with prior approval from TJ FORGED before shipment.
You must also include, inside the package, your name, return address, phone number, and any other pertinent contact information, along with an explanation of the concern and/or work to be performed. You must mark the outside of the package with the RA # in at least 2 places in large, legible markings to aid in identifying your product.
All appropriately packaged and marked warranty returns that are received will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. Any returns that are reviewed by TJ FORGED to not be subject to warranty coverage will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement at the original sender’s expense.
